Closing 2025 with Trends that Spark 2026

1. 2025 recap
Concept
Creators look back at their year by showing one clip per month from January to December 2025. The focus is on everything that tells their personal story. It’s a simple month-by-month montage that feels nostalgic, reflective and instantly relatable.
Why it’s interesting?
It’s an easy, universally recognisable format with strong emotional appeal. The monthly snapshots make it highly shareable and perfect for end-of-year engagement.

2. X-mas wishlist
Concept
Creators use a chaotic, comedic voice-over to show how hard it is to make a Christmas wishlist when…
you’ve spent the whole year impulsively buying yourself everything you want. On-screen text typically reads: “Trying to make a Christmas list when I impulsively buy myself everything I want all year long.”
Why it’s interesting?
It’s humorous, painfully relatable and taps into the chaos of holiday shopping. A strong format for personality-driven content and low-effort comedic reels.

3. 9 frames
Concept
Creators showcase multiple products at once by dividing the screen into nine festive squares. They experiment with movement across frames like someone walking through one scene into the next, or passing an item between tiles to create visual flow.
Why it’s interesting?
The dynamic layout captures attention quickly and keeps the viewer engaged. It’s playful, visually rich and highlights several products simultaneously without feeling overwhelming.

4. Beauty basket
Concept
Creators place a phone inside a basket surrounded by beauty items, showing product-in-use footage on the screen. Clips switch between 3–4 product sets for a smooth, aesthetic presentation
Why it’s interesting?
Visually soft, appealing and easy to follow. It shows both the product and how it works, making it ideal for beauty, skincare or lifestyle brands.

5. Spotify Wrapped
Concept
Creators use the recognisable Spotify Wrapped format to present their own year-in-review. It can highlight personal metrics (projects, views, clients, wins) or humorous, hyper-specific “wrapped” variations.
Why it’s interesting?
Wrapped formats combine nostalgia + instant recognition + strong shareability. Because the look & feel is universally familiar, these posts tend to get higher engagement and more saves/shares.
